Yea… It’s 2AM right now, and I have a class later at 8:30 but I’m not yet done with my lesson plans (stuffs to submit later) but here I am, typing whatever. Anyhoo, I feel delighted today (I mean, yesterday–can’t seem to differentiate Jan 30 and Jan 31 anymore) that despite these unfinished businesses I have this hakuna-matata-ish feeling. Oh, thank you Lord. I seriously don’t feel any pressure right now. Hahaha ^^

Boredom is eating me up!

Well, I happen to have an induced insomnia (because I don’t think I do have insomnia) or maybe we could just call it a messed-up circadian rhythm (that we typically refer to as the ‘body clock’) that’s kept me wide awake ever since summer began. I was thinking a while back what to type on that “What’s on your mind?”-box on Facebook and came up with this – I foresee a boring day tomorrow. Kinda makes me miss school. And the thought of blogging–about it–suddenly  occurred to me. So, I did.

Summertime. Weather’s scorching hot… uncomfy and unpleasant, check! no silay, check! no allowance, check! grrr.. Nevertheless, I think it’s safe to assume that for many students, it’s the best season of the year. For one, they are (temporarily) relieved of all the school stuffs–pressure, requirements, prelim, midterm, finals, and the professors (if I may add). And second, it’s the longest among the breaks! You have recesses, Halloween break (All-Soul’s and All-Saint’s), Christmas Break, and other non-working holidays that only last for maybe a couple of days or weeks, but summer break? Two months, dude. That’ s almost all the breaks, combined! Okay, I don’t know if I’m miscalculating… or making any sense at all, but who the hell cares anyway?

Maybe summer is great because you get to do pretty much whatever you want as long as you have the money. Maybe summer is fun because you can hang out with your friends anytime as long as they don’t have any pre-arranged trips of some sort. Maybe summer is… or could be… unforgettable because something significant happened. But yeah, most of my summers… they’re forgettable.

Maybe I’m bored, you can say that; why I’m writing all this nonsense about summer and school. But I really envy those students who are about to wake up maybe two hours from now to prepare for school. I wish I could do something… ‘scholastic’–of or relating to school. Too literal? Lol.

And over these hot summer days, anyway, I still and will always go for clammy rainy days.

So friggin’ hilarious. Can’t stop laughing! That’s why I don’t find him annoying.  Daneboe [director slash artist slash editor of  the The Annoying Orange clip] must be hell bored to put up that kind of animated orange flick! A bit nonsense, Yes. I’m nonetheless entertained. Who cares?

I was thinking… If Orange was a real person, he would, undoubtedly, be labeled KSP. Must be a lonely child seeking for attention. That’s what I think. Hahaha ^-^ Or simply an orange, trying to search for himself to fit in. Wew. Okay. Whatever. I know. I know. ^-^

I happen to get envious with a stranger who keeps her blog updated. So, I decided to gather my things and reside here. Blog, yet again. I’m not really sure how and why I stopped months ago. I just did.

It’s summer time! And I’m 18 already. So? Hahaha…

It’s not summer that I wish to discuss here, though. For all my imaginary friends know, summer isn’t really my kind of weather. I hate getting sunburns. Eeeekkk!  I soo hate that clammy feeling due to the sun’s heat. Then again, it’s the longest vacation a full-time academician could ever get, so I sort of had to spare some love for it.

Here’s what’s in my mind very recently:

Bad news: I won’t be able to finish my CWA (Campus Writing and Advising) Specialization this summer.

Worse news forecast: I don’t think I will be able to use my time productively for the entire summer! Heavens!

Worst news forecast: I’d be pigging out the entire summer; uniforms will no longer fit come June 7. LOL

Mega Worst: I’ll be burdened with the household chores. What a deee-lightful way to spend my summer! *grrr…

So yeah, hopefully, *fingers not only crossed, but already twisted* I can devise a way to make my summer fruitful, fun-filled and chores-free. Hahaha… I’ll tell myself what? DREAM ON. XD

Ahhhhhhhhh… Two more sleeps and school’s on again. I’m feeling anxious about meeting my new blockmates on Monday. Right. It’s like starting all over again with the infamous introduce-yourself-nonsense. Hah ) kiddin’

So yea, nothing much has been going on with my life. I spent the first half of the two-month summer vacation attending my Specialization Class in Campus Writing and Advising. And of course, my devious plan was a success – that shall be kept a secret. Hahah! ) After that, I went to my hometown, that is Lucban, Quezon, on the second week of May. Then pretty much did nothing for the following weeks up til now.

By the way, I already have my Facebook account. I felt like it’s a fad I have to get updated with. LOL Whoever reads this, you might as well would want to add me up. How pathetic.

SPECIAL A closed curtain last March 31, 2009, 7:00pm, TV5. “FIN” Awww.. terrible, terrible news for me. It’s just darn depressing that it was open-ended. I was all like… “What? That’s it?”. I hope they could do the rest of the manga.

Anyway, going back to the real world, I’m officially enrolled for my summer classes! Yippee! I’ll be taking up Specialization in Campus Writing and Advising, starting April 13 to March 1st week. Check out my sked:

Everything’s just fine since my boring new year’s day. It’s pretty out of the ordinary since it’s my first new year that I didn’t get a hold of any paputok or pailaw. I think that pailaw term is really pinoy, thus, corny. ^-^

Oh BTW, kudos to me! lol XD I passed the BSE-English Qualifying Exams. Ranked third, so to speak. Hihi. Just fun. I think I messed up a bit in the interview though. Whew! Me anxiety won’t be halted til I see me name on the final list of passers.

About the love month… no comment. Just “hahahaha!” for Valentine’s Day. Cupid’s not meddle with me life for 9 months now. ^-^ Happy though. *..all the single ladies.. (all the single ladies..) now put yer hands up!*

Anyway, I’m looking forward to the end of the semester! Not because of the summer vacation, since I’m not really anticipating anything exciting about summer. No plans yet.

I am ineffably ecstatic about the sembreak. I’m planning to have movie marathons everyday! Yieeh. This is LIFE! I really want lose some weight, and I simply don’t know where and how to start. I’m all – whatever! Nwei, I wrote on my majorship choice form, ENGLISH as my 1st choice, and out of nowhere, General Science as the 2nd and the 3rd? Uhmm.. *No way!* I totally forgot. Eeekkk! -baLeeew-

I feel so relieved like I had never been relieved before.

Just to share the news, my HS best friend’s sister passed away yesterday – shot three times (head, abdomen and thigh); got brain dead after some hours inside the operating room and eventually…

Tragic.

I could hardly explain how I felt for her and for her family. I was trying to put myself in her shoe. Fact is, I was never really good at giving advices on suchlike matters. I just quietly stayed by her side, trying to put things together, while holding her hands tight. All I can do was pray. *tears..

*sigh* God let things happen -always- for the best reason.
